Breathwork facilitation

Connect with your body

Breathwork facilitation offers a guided, high‑ventilation practice using Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) to support emotional release, nervous system reset and deeper self‑connection. Sessions are held through a trauma‑informed lens, with clear pacing, choice, and steady guidance so you can explore safely and at your own rhythm.

Sessions use CCB, with time to arrive and tune into the body, move through the breathing practice, with time and space for integration at the end. No two sessions are the same because no two people are the same or arrive with the same story.

Whether working 1:1 or with a group, the experience is shaped by carefully selected music, one “sound” element of this which helps create a supportive container for the journey.

At times, you may be invited to use gentle sound yourself, such as humming or soft vocalisation, to strengthen vagal tone and deepen regulation. Each session meets your body where it is, allowing breath and sound together to open space for clarity, release and integration.

You do not need a defined goal, just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

People use sessions to work with:

  • Feeling stuck or disconnected

  • self-awareness and growth

  • emotional release

  • stress and overwhelm

  • grief

  • body connection and somatic healing

  • clarity and spaciousness
